Shareholders

The dividend income (profit after tax) of a company can be disposed of in any manner that the company sees fit.

Thus, a company can send the profits over to shareholders overseas. The dividends maybe subject to taxes in the home country, unless the country has existing tax treaty with Singapore. In this case, taxes on said dividend are subject to the provisions of the treaty.
